Aaron Stieglitz

Aaron is a go-to-market leader with a background in scaling early-stage hardtech startups and building strategic partnerships across the defense and dual-use technology ecosystem. He is passionate about helping innovative companies navigate complex markets and accelerate growth, leveraging a strong network within the venture, defense, and national security communities.

Aaron began his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an Infantry Marine and recruiter before transitioning into the startup and venture space. His military experience shaped his leadership style and commitment to service, while his work in emerging technology reflects his drive to support mission-oriented companies making a meaningful impact on the world.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Western Michigan University, a Master of Science from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and a Strategy Execution certification from Harvard Business School.

Outside of his professional work, Aaron is a passionate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner who values discipline, resilience, and continuous growth both on and off the mats.

He resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Ciera, and their two dogs, Emjay and Gracie.
